Listed in Dawdy and Hughes. Studied in China. The painting is unframed and a small tear was professionally repaired, as shown in the image of the reverse of the painting, and in-painted. According to Davenport's Art Reference and Price Guide 2003/2004, in 1987 a 47" by 50" coastal scene sold for $5750.00. The canvas measures 30" wide by 40" tall, no frame at this time.
